Any time I've needed help it has always been a VERY PAINFUL experience but this is the worst yet as I can't even get access to their so-called 'help/customer service'. EA completely hates its customers, apparently, because it is impossible to get help after they have COMPLETELY DELETED ALL my games overnight. 100 stars for completely abysmal 'help' and EA customer 'service' for Sims 4. ![]()
